About

I AM History is an independent, Black-owned platform founded in 2017 by Chan and Deolu to celebrate Black history and culture every day, not just in October. In this talk, they will share why they launched, the hidden stories we should all know as a society, and how they’re making sure those stories sit at the centre of the conversation rather than the margins. Audiences can expect real stories, a few surprises, and a look at where the platform is heading next.
