About
Please Note: This term is slightly shorter, running 10-weeks long.
Make Stuff Club is a creative, weekly after school club for children aged 9 to 13 years old who have an interest in using their hands and making things but with no prior making experience necessary!
Each term across 10 workshops your child will have covered the basics of woodworking, safe tool use and how to take an idea from paper to prototype.
We will be kicking off 2027 designing and making our very own time capsule. Using hand-tools young people will cut down and join their wood into a time capsule followed by making our objects to show the future generations what is important to us today!
Tools: measuring tape, handsaw, coping saw, hand-held drills, pillar drill, belt-sander, chisels, hammers.
